Non personal information may include the Web browser you used to visit the Website, the time you visited the Website, which Web pages you visited on the Website, and other anonymous Website usage data. We use this type of information to count the number and type of visitors that visit our website, and to constantly improve our website.

We may use cookies on the website in order to make our website experience more convenient for you (such as saving your preferences for you). We automatically place single pixel gifs, also known as web beacons, in every email sent by our users. These are tiny graphic files that contain unique identifiers that enable us and our users to recognize when their subscribers have opened an email or clicked certain links. To provide our services and publish our website, we use the Bluehost Web Services Cloud Service. The Bluehost Web Services Privacy Policy is available here. We have not granted any permission whatsoever for them to share any personal information we collect from our account holders on our website.
Fandom Culture includes E-commerce Offerings branded as Fandom Culture which uses WooCommerce. Your interactions with this feature is governed by the privacy policy of WooCommerce. All details can be found at https://automattic.com/privacy/. We recommend you read it carefully.
Google (G-Suite) is another service provider we use for file transfer and Cloud Data Backup. The data stored or archived is encrypted and can be access only through the Multifactor Authentication Key. Such access is granted only to the Fandom Culture’s Administrators. G-Suite services offer encryption for data being transported and at rest with at least 128 Bit AES encryption.
We will also disclose personal information to the following recipients: subscription management services which are located in Canada (Fandom Culture uses MailChimp; for example, we may ask you to provide certain Personal Information, such as your name, contact details, company name, profile information, in order to sign up for a free or paid account), security and fraud prevention services which are located in Canada, our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, financial advisers etc.) which are located in Canada, a third party, in order to enforce or defend our rights, or to address financial or reputational risks, a rights holder in relation to an allegation of intellectual property infringement or any other infringement.
6. PAYMENT PROCESSING

10. SOCIAL MEDIA
Fandom Culture’s website includes social media features (such as social media buttons and/or plugins that allow you to connect with your social network in various ways). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the feature. For example, if you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored at Facebook as per their Privacy Principles, Instagram as per their Privacy Policy, or Twitter as per their Privacy Policy.
